Our first time going! What a great place to spend News Years! We will definitely be going back.
This past November marked out third year of staying oceanside and it hasn't disappointed. Clean. Neighbors very friendly (we have actually gotten to see them each yr now). Dog friendly. Beautiful beach. Wonderful staff. Loved that our site is now paved. Looking forward to next year. Highly recommend.
This what we think we love all the staff and camping here all winter is better than any snow. The nice hot pool and hot tub is great when the day is cooler and rainy days the mail lady is the best and the counter staff will do anything for you to make your stay the best I don't think we would ever go to FL for the winter oooo and the security staff are the best people that anyone would want working for them thank you Pirate Land you are the greatest.
Not a bad place to camp. Folks are very friendly, BUT, we watched the video Pirate Land has on their website on how they take security seriously and NO children are to ride golf carts and that this is strict;y enforced, Gotta say bull crap on this. Kids riding golf carts all day, most not driving bad but some were racing. Can't say I saw the police patrol once while there. Then my two hub cap covers were stolen from the wheels facing the street, other side of my canopy. Not cool folks. Maybe if you did have some patrols roam... read more
We have stayed at Pirate-land for several years now , staying the month of Sept .... right on the Ocean Front ...We enjoy going there and the People -- who do all they do to make our visit enjoyable --.Its just like our home away from home... This year we had an electrical breaker go bad .I made a call to the front desk and within 15 minutes the repair man was there and fixed it .. ....I want to thank them for all they do to make our vacation memorable, each and every year...............bob and pat karl
