RecommendedWe have been fans of Piranha for years, but this weekend they are officially are favorite sushi place. My husband threw me a surprise party, and the food was an array of some of my favorites. Included in that was a large sashimi sampler from Piranha. My husband said Dennis was more than accommodating and easy to work with- my husband told him his budget and Dennis made a fantastic tray that was absolutely generous. I went on my lunch break and I’m assuming a manager seated me. I asked if they did a caterpillar roll because I didn’t see it on the menu. He said yeah and I ordered it. When I received the roll, it had shrimp tempura and not eel on it. When I asked the sushi chef he said “yeah we do it differently here.” I wish I had known and saved my money because I hate shrimp tempura... won’t be returning and won’t recommend.
This food was inedible! Not real crab meat, craw fish over cooked AND had a shell that cut my mouth! There was a bone in the pot sticker. I know sometimes things happen but this was just in one sitting! Also when I called to complain there was no manager on duty and the girl that answered said there wasn’t anyone “ in charge” that I could talk to. So unprofessional! I will not be going back
