they will not work with you ,especially if the lady that runs it doesn't like you. I got behind and I always pay the late fee. but after one month they want to start the auction process ,DO NOT go here ..piqua store n lock is way better . this place wants to sell your belongings ,I think it makes them feel in control or something. and the prices go up every couple months ..this is the most expensive storage in piqua ..
Rented for 2 years. Raised our rent twice on us even though we never missed a payment. Was told a fence would be going up which never happened. Our light inside never worked and was reported from day one. Light was never fixed even though they said they would. No prorated refund for early end of use.
not lock people out that pay!
Prices much higher than the much larger more secured competitor. About $15 more per month for a 5x10 unit. Door on one unit does work right, general disrepair on both units. No refund on paid rent when unit was cleared out on the third of the month.
