First, the staff was very friendly and professional-as was Dr. Pippins. I have had only one visit to his office-almost two years ago. I had one injection, which resulted in a 70% improvement in my chronic back pain. However, subsequent to that injection I have had micro incisional surgery on my lumber spine as well as two epidural injections up north. Now my back condition is exacerbated-such is the nature of the disease- and I will be presenting for another injection.
