My daughter wanted to get her ears re pierced as they had closed up for her birthday so I looked into Pippa and Penny and the place far exceeded my expectations. The nurse we had Kelsey was so sweet and patient. She walked my daughter and I through the whole process and explained everything she was doing. I had a wonderful experience. Minimal discomfort during the process. Clean place. Good selection of earrings. Nurses answered my questions and helped me with earring selection and placement. I felt safe during procedure. Recommend!
My daughter and I got our doubles done with Kelsey and it was such a wonderful experience! Kelsey was very thorough explaining everything and really took her time making sure that the hole placement was right. Super clean facility and very professional. Thanks again Kelsey!
