Wayne responded to me instantly when my pipes were frozen . Solved my problem at a great price . This was on a weekend and an emergency call, in sub zero temperatures . He also came again when my bathroom faucet wasnt working properly. Trouble shot it as a simple problem and fixed it in minutes . Wayne is very knowledgeable and honest and fair . My water heater went out December 23rd. Called this company and he said that I should check on the warranty or it will cost $1200 and then some because the part itself was $800. Got the parts a couple days after Christmas through warranty and they said that they would reimburse me a certain amount for the labor. The man at pipe works said it would be double that for labor.
