We had a pet emergency a week ago and Gino ended up paralyzed. Pipestone staff, Dr Doug and Dr. Brennan took care of our Gino �. Brad was able to walk to back where he was staying. You never know what care your baby gets when your not there.. the staff were with him on the floor caring for him so well. When we could not be there, they were his family. We are thankful for everything the drs and staff at Pipestone do for us with all our babies.��Words cant describe the love, patience and care we have gotten over the years!
completely shaved my and my parents dog. he's a miniature schnauzer. they shaved the beard and everything. this is the second time this has happened.
I had a pet Emergency this Morning on May 28 when I called Pipestone who on their page states 24 hr Emergency pet care told me to call a number in Cedar Rapids which is located way out by the airport in Cedar Rapids Seriously ??? I then called Winthrop vet whose phone hardly works to be told they are a large animal clinic and was told again Cedar Rapids I have had Pipestone as a vet service for many years but seriously may be shopping for new vet this just makes me sick to know that in a Emergency there really is nothing unl... read more
Beware Pipestone does not offer emergency services anymore. I was told today this stopped two months ago. They refer you to Cedar Rapids. We have been using Pipestone for our 3 dogs for at least 5 years. Last night when we need the emergency services we found out they just stopped offering it. Sure glad they care enough to notify all their customers. Our German Shepard passed away last night we believe he had a heart attack. I called this morning and told them we will never be back they did not care at all.
