They say organizations are rotten from head down and that is certainly true of Pipestem Spa. From the owner to the people who operate the front desk their rudeness is unsurpassed. They do not know meaning of basic civility, manners or customer service and most certainly do not practice them.
A very special THANK YOU to Tony and Anna for helping to make our daughters wedding weekend amazing! The cabins were wonderful, food was excellent and service was great. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. They helped answer every question we had and did their best to make everything run smoothly. Pipestem Spa & Event Center is a beautiful venue and the perfect place for any event!
Had my reception there this past weekend. No complaints. Everything was great! Tony is very helpful and there for anything you need. He had everything set up and perfect.

I went for the Princess package and it was wonderful !!! Kristen is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable I will definitely be going back again soon�
