RecommendedDefinitely THE BEST spa experience I've ever had. Today I redeemed the Princess for a Day gift certificate my husband bought for my birthday. I definitely received the royal treatment! I'm already ready for my next visit. Anna was amazing! Great staff, great service, great environment!
DJ's BEWARE! The guy that runs this place will go behind your back and throw you under the bus with your client here. i have witnessed this as it happened to my nephew as he was preparing for a wedding at the rehersal. He was later informed by phone that he was not needed the next day for the wedding and reception. The guy that runs this place bad mouthed him and ended up providing music. If you deal with a client at this venue be aware of this. you can IM me for details if you wish

The service and staff were over-the-top, great! We appreciated the range of spa treatments available. My boyfriend chose a relaxing spa massage, including the hot stone treatment, as a gift for me. It was extremely relaxing, therapeutic, and very beneficial for someone like me, who has fibromyalgia. The price was definitely reasonable for the results obtained. I love this place, Tony and Anna are amazing people who have built this whole thing from the ground up! These cabins are incredible, the place is amazing and if you are coming into WV this is truly the best of West Virginia. If you already live here then this is a great weekend get away.
Wonderful spa experience! I had the Kundalini Back Massage and all I can say is AMAZING!! Words cannot describe the experience!
My husband and I had the 1/2 day spa package and let me just say Anna and Kristine are AMAZING!! They make you feel welcome and relaxed from the time you walk in the door!
I have been to a lot of places and a lot of different towns the people at Pipestem Spa and Event Center Are first class people. The cabin is in the back were very nice clean the venue was nice I would recommend this place is a weekend getaway to anyone thanks again Tony and Anna!
