Let me update my review for the Legacy at Clear Lake.Today is January 16, 2026 The Legacy at Clear Lake is the worst complex to ever move into they have an old maintenance man. That sucks. Doesn’t know what he’s doing.Stay away they will tell you your rent is so much and each and every month all the extra stuff that they should be paying for goes up and we end up paying for it.So if your rent is like $1083 you’ll be paying another $300 on top of that.Each month it gets higher and higher, so if you like, throwing your money a... read more
