The Doctors and hygienists are extremely competent and personable. However, I was treated like a completely unimportant patient and lowly nobody by its front office staff. I was given the run around, threatened in an unprofessional manner with $100 fee for cancelling, (for the first time, as a long standing client, and under stressful circumstances) and then was called out for missing an appointment for which I had asked to reschedule 6 days earlier. There was a complete lack of knowledge of who had made, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments. The last person I spoke with (Jackie) was completely condescending and made me feel as though I was a number with no reason to offer me empathy or understanding or reason to schedule. I would never have left this practice if this lack of caring from the front office staff hadn't been so blatantly disrespectful and uncaring.

I have never been treated so poorly or made to feel so stupid in my life. What hurts the most is that I really liked this dentist until today.
