The Doctors and hygienists are extremely competent and personable. However, I was treated like a completely unimportant patient and lowly nobody by its front office staff. I was given the run around, threatened in an unprofessional manner with $100 fee for cancelling, (for the first time, as a long standing client, and under stressful circumstances) and then was called out for missing an appointment for which I had asked to reschedule 6 days earlier.
