BUILDING STAFF ARE SO NICE. Everyone there is so kind really made an impact on me. Made me feel like they were happy to help me. They gave us all details and made us feel less nervous. From the valet to all the front desk staff we encountered to the volunteer, ultra sound tech, radiologist, and scheduling they all made a scary situation less sufferable. No complaints. Overall super great place everything went smoothly and I have no bad things to say.
The surgical team and all the staff I interacted with for my first surgery were wonderful. There were many steps but everything was well organized and thoroughly explained. My expectations were exceeded and I was surprised by how smooth the process was. I had a great surgical team of staff who were all so kind and put me at ease. Thank you!
Experienced aggregious discrimination based on my gender identity and preferred pronouns by staff downstairs checking me in for my surgery. The staff used a derogatory term referring to me ontop of using my deadname and misgendering me with incorrect pronouns. Not trauma informed either as I had already talked to my surgeon about having my partner accompany me through the entire intake process, but this was not communicated properly or implemented.
