This is the best plumbing and heating company I’ve ever dealt with. We had our boiler go out and we have an AirBnb rental with guests coming in that day. Pipeline Plumbing got right on it. Dre literally got in his vehicle right away and drove up from Squamish after hours. Diagnosed immediately. They next morning Dan the owner called and scheduled the parts to be picked up right away in Vancouver assuring me it would all get fixed. Dre then drove up to Whistler and fixed everything that day. A malfunctioning boiler resulting in NO HOT WATER happened just before friends arriving from Vancouver to our home in Whistler. Pipeline Plumbing, specifically Dan, saved our day and weekend by working through a complicated issue in a super quick and efficient manner getting our hot water back and kept us calm in the process. excellent professional service. i had emergency issue with my geo system. Pipeline came to take over from another company that could not complete the job. they did full inspection, found issues the other company had over looked, ordered parts and promptly scheduled repairs. the system finally works after months of stress. They are trustworthy, thorough and great locally owned company!!! i highly recommend them.
Pipeline did a great job setting up all the plumbing for my small business. Would definitely recommend for work. Super accommodating and professional. Did a great job helping with doing a proper layout and making sure everything was up to code. Inspections were a breeze thanks to them. Also, very clear over costs and finished the job with the costs being right around the estimate.
These guys are fantastic. My building in whistler (I thought it was just my unit) had an issue with some piping and long story short when I called pipeline for a call out they informed me to hang tight on having someone come out because the building was already on it in having the issue resolved.
