I'm a new customer since 10/30/15 well satisfied great service.
I've used Pipeline Petroleum for years and they always have the best prices on home heating oil. BUT today I went online to order a delivery and they changed their website. I'm NOT impressed. There is no longer a login option for previous customers. I liked this option because it filled in most of my information for me. Even worse I always use the "fill tank" option and now I can't order online with this option which means I have to call them when they're open to place my order. Pipeline is the best oil company around. I have been using this company for years because they always have the lowest price by a lot. But today pipeline also proved they have the best customer service! I had an oil delivery scheduled for Monday, but woke up this morning to no heat and called pipeline. I kid you not when I say 10 mins after I got off the phone with them the oil truck was in front of my house. Thank you so much to pipeline, today you went above and beyond good customer service!
