I saw a Pipeline Petroleum truck on Penn Ave in West Reading with a 3 percenters militia sticker on the back. Not so sure you want your employees advertising an anti government militia movement on the back of a company truck.
RecommendedPipeline and it's crew are great. Unlike the last reviewer,I don't care what bumper sticker is on the truck; just deliver my oil and take my money.
horrible customer service. asked to speak with supervisor named Zack after rep Amber gave me an attitude. told Zack to come get his propane tank and he hung up on me

Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about getting a nondescript bill in the mail that was only labeled with line item "invoice" with a finance charge tacked on for no reason. It turns out this is a fee for not ordering propane frequently enough. My primary heat is oil with propane backup. I explained that we didn't order propane in a while because our 9 month old son can now crawl over to the fireplace, but I'd be happy to order a fill-up if they'd waive the fee. Never had an issue with delayed delivery. Price quoting however...they advertise on their Facebook page and website one price then when ordering, is more expensive than the advertised price. Attempted to contact several times for explanation and have not been contacted. Poor customer service.
Don’t promise a delivery you don’t make! I scheduled 5 days ago for a delivery and come home Friday night at 10:30 to find the check still on my door and only 1/8 of a tank of oil. No call. No note. Nothing. I’ve been a customer for years but I guess that doesn’t matter anymore these days.
