To customer CF You obviously didn't read the entire review which says that they treat customers differently from job to job. If they are not in the business of being responsible for taking care of existing property then they should stick to new development where there isn't any landscaping or fences to trash. For what it's worth.... I'm in the industry and work with Pipeline Industries on a regular basis. Their work is professional, efficient and competitively priced. Common sense dictates that if you have heavy equipment on your property, the "HEAVY" equipment may leave some marks. Remember, you can go to the best heart surgeon in the world, but you will still leave with a scar. + Pipeline Industries and their staff are well trained, professional and work hard to please the customer. I had a sewer back up, Christmas Eve, with 35 guests at my home it was horrible. Pipeline came out found my problem and went right to work. They were able to get me back in service right away.. They fixed my problem (roots) at a fair price and were able to do it quickly and efficiently. The crew was great ! Thank you for all of your help. I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family.
Excellent sewer line repair Pipeline Industries replaced the sewer line on our home. They did an excellent job and were competitvely priced as well. They delivered as promised.
If you like your home do not hire these guys These guys started working without a utility or power line marking. They bulldozed my fence, Tore out my water main, tore out my Sprinkler system, had to replace the water main that day and did not finish working on laying my sewer until midnight, so I did not see the carnage until the next morning. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!They put my fence back together with broken post and irregular plywood scraps. The sprinkler system cost $300 to repair and the fence is going to cost $500.
EMPLOYEES RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL These douche bags came pounding on my door at 9am telling me I had to move my vehicle (from my PAID/PRIVATE parking space) within minutes or it would be towed. Apparently, they had to do work in the neighbor's yard across the alley inconveniencing 5 other people to move their cars. After asking the 'foreman' Phil Gallegos why they didn't let anybody know ahead of time, he told me, "Go whine to somebody else." They have NO CONSIDERATION for anyone affected by their 'work orders.'
Wow I was almost taken! I was selling a house and the future buyer required a sewer scope of my sewer line. I had never even thought that my sewer line would have any problems so I agreed, Well the scope was done and the buyers scope company said to call a company by the name of apex and they said the whole line needed to be replaced at about $5000,00 dollars! I was not even going to break even selling my home at this point! My realtor said I have a company that will run a scope for free and tell you exactly what you need to... read more
Move on.... I think that you have a valid point but I think your experience was isolated and not norm for Pipeline Industries. They did a great job for me and my neighbors used them as well and were very pleased. If you are so upset about how they left your yard, did you contact management ? Did they help you resolve it ? I think that maybe you should solve your issue by another means than trying to trash this company. They may be able to help you our rather than leave a bad taste in your mouth. Pipeline Industries did great work The crew at Pipeline Industries and Mr. Gallegos did an excellent job for me. They took precaution to protect my yard as much as possible, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and I was treated with respect and integrity. I got several quotes and they were they best value and did the job correct. I understand some neighbors may get inconvenienced but, it is all about being understanding that they have a job to do and sometimes emergencies don't allow for the whole neighborh... read more
