I've called and answered their emails no one got back with me
No one will call you back, does their customer service even exist? I've left countless voicemails trying to get a problem resolved that must be resolved through them.
Really bad experience and customer service with pipeline health workers I have been trying for Medi-Cal to pay a bill I have been dealing with this issue since April and nothing has been resolved at all pipeline health has all the information to bill medical and they have not resolved this matter at all I’m really disappointed they have terrible customer service
