I've always liked the place. Food had been good . This last Sunday.... not too happy for a $6 piece of pie of the size of my tiny fingers (I had it to go) no bueno. What happen there ?? Don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
We finally got a date night and went to the Pipeline Grill. It was rated to be in the top 5 in Baytown. Well if that's the case, I don't want to try the other 4! Waitress was slow and she actually brought me a burned to a crisp baked potato! This thing was so burned the skin was 1/4" thick and HARD! The fried shrimp was also way over cooked. One of my fave places!! I order very often and one day they were very busy and my order was misplaced. Manager came and said my dinner was on her. I was appreciative and I waited another 30 minutes for my order. Can never have a sour attitude when your getting dinner for free!!
I enjoy pipeline grill dining "in" but the food was just as great via the Waitr app! Thank you for making this available to your customers. I don't know if I will order Domino's again...your pizza was sooooo good!
Group of us came to eat lunch and the service was slow, no refills on our drinks, and over half of the tables food came out cold. We told the waitress about it and she said o sorry about that and walked off. That's 8 people I know that won't be back.
