Absolutely unacceptable. Make sure you know that when they quote $59 for a stopped toilet, YOU ARE AWARE that is a house call, and nothing else will be done. A stopped toilet is $214 ...Will never use again.
Just got a new Leak Gopher installed which is an automatic leak detection and easy water turnoff system. This is a great thing to let you know about a problem as soon as it occurs.
Pipe Wrench put 3 new toilets in my home, and they look terrific! They were on time, and I liked getting the call that they were on their way. They also installed a new Leak Gopher in my home which is an automatic water valve shutoff. It's a cool thing, for there's no way I would ever go into the crawl space to find the water valve under my house! I would definitely use Pipe Wrench again!

Charles, the HVAC tech, came out and thoroughly checked my HVAC unit after a recent storm damaged it. Not only was he thorough, but he carefully explained exactly what was wrong and why it needed to be repaired. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing, heating or air conditioning repair or replacement needs. The service was TOP NOTCH!
They did exactly as advertised. Showed up on time, took time to evaluate the situation, provided a choice of several repair options, performed the work as described in a courteous, considerate, professional manner. Explained the work that had been done after it was completed. Awesome service!
