Major ripe off. Workers are slow and they take forever to do the job. They make excuses for why things when slow or when the fix fails.
Overcharging, especially the senior community, seems to be their motivation. This is the statement provided to spend less than 30 mins in my mother’s basement. It doesn’t add up. I will be contacting the VA, who apparently recommended this company, as well as the BBB. The exploitation needs to cease!
Charge according to time spent, and how tedious the job, but the charge should fit the job. It is understandable that a plumbing job as well as electric work consist of skill and knowledge, but the charge should not out weigh the job by more than 200% so lower your prices
My parents are on a fixed income. My dad had to repair their faulty equipment equipment because it wouldn't work. 2 weeks later pipes were totally blocked because they didn't clear roots to the street. Wanted to charge them another $320 because they didn't do it right the first time. Called another company that was $100 less and cleared in half an hr.
Considering the covid situation and people being out of work or retired on social security they could careless Quoted over 900 dollars to clean a sewer line that I had done the next day for 165. And still. charged 200 for just showing up. so called weekend rates
had them to check my pool for leaks charged 200.oo just to show up then charged 400.00 to check return line then charged 250.00 to find leak and marked it but cut the concrete slab out and it wasn't there still waiting for a call back for three days Please don't use this co.
RecommendedI needed someone to look over my house before I sold it, and then fix some problems they found. Eric and his crew were incredibly fast to reply and to schedule, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole thing a lot less stressful than it could have been. They came out on short notice, fixed my water leak as quickly and efficiently as possible. Very appreciative!! The guys were very polite and considerate.
called them out the 18 year old kid came out with one snake then had to drive 30 mins away to get another snake couldn't get it down the pipe. then charge me $314 and my drains are still clogged. can't even throw my money down the drain, they just steal it.
