They use the cheapest stuff available. They use USED parts if possible. Untrustworthy. Lack of intelligence. Just horrible overall place. And aide not to the owner and the lady that calls for parts....PLEASE PLEASE stick to transmissions. Absolutely no knowledge on suspension...especially modified suspensions....then they get offended when they can't be assisted with their ignorant inquiries! I hope Osha and the BBB really take a look at this place.

The highest quote on a transmission. $2,000 higher than anyone else and extremely rude. Do not recommend EDIT: My response to your response. You quoted me $6,000 for a 2007 Ram 3500, 5.9 2WD 48re. All automatic transmission quoted around $4,000 for the same job. And yes your guy was rude. 1/5 stars. Still don’t recommend. First impressions are a big deal and I leave my honest opinion in the form of a review for every company I interact with. Thank you for your response.
