Both Manager and the maintenance guy (Antonio) are racist, they are lazy, and very rude. We have been asking them to restore our patio fence for a year, our water sprinklers, and the electricity switches which were ordered by the inspector but never installed. Do not rent here!!! I repeat don't do it. They don't even have mailboxes. Since Nov. Of 2021 they still have no way of tenants to collect their mail. Audrey is seemingly one of the rudest,careless and racist individual that I've had the displeasure of meeting.

Don't move here. The people are very discrimanitive and racist, especially to my south east Asian neighbors and my African family aswell. They also stole our mail on numerous occasions. I've lived in America for 10 years now and I've never felt so dehumanizing. MY kids can't even play outside anymore. They're 7 and 9 years old and they can't play with their toys outside. I've been dealing with this for too long. I never been so happy to move.

The complex staff are very rude to customers, have been very racist towards me and my family, and they have harassed my neighbor's children while playing outside. The area isn't friendly for kids to play safely outside. These issues have gotten so bad that I've had to relocate my family.
