This is a one stop office!! Surgery including dental implants can be done,as well as orthodontics with invisalign..I was so relieved I didn't have to be referred for my root canal as I thought that was the protocal, Dr Broadbent took care of me - saving me loads of $!! The doctors at this office really have my best interest, as well as the awesome staff.I love that when I leave I know exactly what to pay and what my insurance will do for me, their gals at the desk are super helpful and not intimidating like the other places ... read more

Pioneer Valley dental is a beautiful office and provides great service to their patients. The Doctor's and staff make a fabulous team, they are all very caring and attentive to our needs. They are personal and professional, always making sure to keep their patients happy and comfortable. Thanks for all you do!

I have found the office and staff very welcoming, They go out of thier way to make sure thier patinets have a good experience. I have never gone away feeling like I didnt have as much time with the Doctor as I needed. Dr. World is very friendly and his assistants are cute and friendly.

i moved here from Honduras and my english is not perfect I found Dr Smith who speaks perfect Spanish he made me feel comfortable, him and his staff are very friendly, I highly recommend him;

As a child my dental experiences were very cold, clinical and painful. I am so grateful that I found Pioneer Valley Dental. It's so refreshing when my kids remind me when it's time for our check-ups! They are having such a positive experience, contrary to what I had expereince as a child. The office is so modern and clean and the staff are not only professional, but fun at the same time. My family has been seeing Dr. World for several years. Our first visit was while our children were pre teens and we have continued our loyalty through their growth. We always recieve quality care and a positive experience each and every time we walk through the door. At our six month cleanings we are given a courtesy bag filled with items for our home care needs. My neighbor recommended that I take my family to Pioneer Valley Dental. She said Dr. Baugh has been her dentist for 9 years and that her family loves him. My daughter was nervous at first but very quickly was laughing and having a great time. Dr. Baugh and his assistant were very patient and knew just the right things to say to make her comfortable. This office left me speechless I have never been to a dental office that made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone there was so kind and they all had smiles on their faces. The doctors and assistants are wonderful with kids. Dr. World is very personalble and honest. Know I am getting qualitcare there, definitely the WOW factor!
