The leasing agent will lie to you about the apartments that are available. Been on the waiting list for 4 months and was told that I am at the top of the list, multiple colleagues that I know have moved out since then and they continue to tell me that there are no available openings. If this is happening to you too just know that you’re being lied to for obvious reasons.
I would like to personally thank Kimberly Mass for being such a nice person when we lived there. I do miss that place. It is a very nice place for your family if you need a place in Hastings.
