Beware of Pioneer Title. They will NOT tell married couples that are signing on their new home as joint owners, that their warranty deed they are signing does NOT state with "right of survivorship" which means when, or if one spouse dies the other automatically can inherit the property. My husband just passed away a few weeks ago. We bought this house via Pioneer Title in 2017. The warranty deed only states both our names, husband and wife.
