Never use Pioneer Title of Kingman. They are unprofessional and do not do their jobs. 3 days before the close of my escrow, they informed me there had been a $28,000 insurance payout on the house I was about to buy just four months earlier. Based on the seller's failure to disclose this information in his disclosure statement I canceled the contract. They refused to return my earnest money. RecommendedWe have utilized Pioneer Title/Bullhead on 5 separate home purchases in the area. We worked with Kim today (10/4/18) and she was fantastic! We can always depend on Pioneer Bullhead to be timely and we know that staff is always very accommodating AND professional. My husband and I highly recommend Pioneer Bullhead for all of your title needs!
The office on Hualapai Mtn. Road is manned by incompetent people in my opinion. From day one it was a mess. Would not use them again.
