After delaying my clients closing do to not having the paperwork completed correctly because they didn’t send docs for us to review until 1 hour before, they still managed to mangle out closing. Today it was because they had a new system installed and aren’t familiar with it. Closing at 11, and almost 5 hours later no paperwork nor money. Just once again proving the cheapest is the worst. I hope Covid puts them out honestly, plenty of other title companies that are way more professional in town. Just know 3 different people ... read more
Closing on the sale/purchase of a home should be a warm and exciting experience. While the closing agent was very knowledgeable and gracious as well, tried her best to make us feel comfortable, we should have had an office with a door for privacy instead of a common area for the world to see and hear. This not only ostracized us, but separated us from the party who was purchasing our home, who, by the way, was in an office with a door.
