WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! GUY WAS A TOTAL DOUCHE BAG! AND AFTER MAKING ME WAIT 10 MINS BEFORE HE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO HELP ME, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO REPLACE ONE TIRE ON MY CAR WITH 2 HOURS LEFT BEFORE THEY CLOSED AND ONLY 2 PPL IN THE WAITING AREA! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

My parents came up to visit me while my hubby is in the hospital and their vehicle broke down when they got to Stillwater. Victor and his crew got it fixed for them superfast, even though it needed replacement Nissan parts. Thanks so much!
Great customer service! they repaired a firestone tire for me because firestone would not. i had to use fix-a-flat in my tire. firestone said they would not repair it because i used that product and tgen tried to sell me a new tire! so, i took it to pioneer and they fixed it without question. pioneer tire just got a new customer!
Victor is amazing and always does his best to make sure you have the right tire and is very fair with his prices! His guys get you in and out as soon as possible and always do an amazing job!
Victor and the Pioneer tire crew go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Have purchased tires from them for many years and highly recommend.
After going to Kwik Kar three different times for an allignment (one that wouldn't work because my strut was bent but they never told me that) I finally brought my car here and these guys got me taken care of! Highly recommend! Don't even bother messing with anywhere else in town.
Lots of places say fast and "friendly service" and pioneer tire lives up to it! Good work guys!
Great service! They were swamped this morning and the guy was so apologetic. We didn't have an appointment, just had a sudden problem with our tire. He asked if we would mind coming back a little later. When we did, they took care of our tire in just a few minutes. We are grateful customers (from out of town).
