For a start. Jason was the manager, and Jason was left go, because Jason was not doing his job as the manager. Amy was the previous manager for 4 years. Was left go as well, for not doing her job as the manager. I have lived at pioneer square for 8 year now. Amy and Jason has to be the worst managers we ever had. Yelling and fights during the night kept up us a lot. And this coming from a managers apartment. Glad there gone. Everything is peace now. All is good.
They got management that doesnt live on property anymore. Never get calls back. Maintaince man walks into apartment with out permission. He is on property banging garbages at 3 am waking us up all the time. They feel it is acceptable.There is no one there to monitor all the kids running around and playing in parking lot. They only have 6 visitor spots and no one onsite when someone is in ur spot. Winter the lots barely get cleared. Stalls dont and maintenance man is out there at 3-4 am blowing sidewalks. I don t even live here and I know how terrible it is! My boyfriend currently lives here. The apartments are horrid, I don t even enjoy coming over! Before he even moved in the counters were stained & peeling. Old, dirty appliances - their dishwasher breaks every couple of days and doesn t even get dishes clean. You literally have to beg 1,000 times for them to fix or exchange broken/old appliances. Bathroom is DISGUSTING, floorboards i m sure are harboring mold, cracking and peeling. 6 guest parking for 48 apt complex. Amy the landlord is never around and she tried ticketing my car when she told me to park in a certain spot. She never is around.. rarely returns phone calls. Very rude and is busy with her primary job. supposed to be smoke free but I can smell smoke! from 3rd floor.Price is descent for a 3bdrm but management sucks!
I moved in about 8 months ago and the parking is untolerable. There are about 48 units with a total of 4 visitors spots. Im not sure why we just dont have "open" parking, never is everyone home at the same time. Many apartments work this way, with no issue. 8 months Ive been here and my apartment buzzer still does not work, the washer and dryer have had issues since the day I moved in. management is terrible about taking care of problems most of people that live here have no respect for others kids will play by your windows and doors nothing ever gets done parking really sucks to visitors have to walk to far to come visit you
Wonderful management, clean well maintained apartments. The visitor parking was limited but I normally had my friends park on the road behind the building so it didnt bother me too much. These apartments are great, I would still be living there if I didnt get a job offer in another town.
In the winter you can barely park your car into your assigned stall due to the snow banks getting dumped onto them. Also, there are NEVER any visitor parking stalls open its the same people parked in them all the time. Plain and simple the parking situation is just HORRIBLE and they claim to be fixing the problem, but I dont see that happening!
