I experienced a few issues during the job. Mostly with communication and timing. No issues with the actual quality of the work. Spencer reached out and went out of his way to fix things I had issues with and followed up several times to make sure everything was okay after closing the job.

Would not recommend or use them again. It was a pain to get them to do a small job. I'd hate to imagine them doing a large one. Poor communication, difficultly with showing up, and over promising by the sales manager, Ryan. Originally, I had intended to give them 1-star, but Spencer did try and make things right. Ultimately, however, I feel like their actions aren't enough to truly warrant anything other than 2 stars. I'm also fairly certain, I'm being billed twice. Pioneer Roofing was awesome! Spencer came out and looked over my roof and gave me an upfront assessment, followed by a very fair estimate, with possibilities of extra material required. The job was done in the time allotted and the crew was very efficient. Pioneer Roofing was super easy to work with and very upfront about the costs of the job. I very highly recommend Pioneer Roofing for your roofing job.
