Hard working crew of Fredy, Abel, and Jose did a great job and left the property spotless.
Today Jacob Waters from Pioneer Roofers performed maintenance and cleaning on our condo's flat roof (with IB membrane) that Pioneer installed 17 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the work. It was installed right initially and it's still like new after 17 years. Jacob provided useful advice for ongoing maintenance and and our small HOA is very satisfied.

Jacob not only is as friendly and thoughtful as they come (he fixed my gate that was sticking) he did an excellent job replacing rotted fascia boards quickly so that our house painters could get their work done.
