I have had the most wonderful experience renting with Pioneer Realty. The landlord is always a call away and even when I have experience any difficulties, they were always there to assist me. I definitely recommend renting with them. 10 out of 10.
Pioneer Realty are slumlords. I lived there for 2 years and I had a mouse infestation, a fly infestation, my car was broken into, and someone tried to break in my house. The slumlords told me that the mouse problem was my responsibility. I don't recommend anyone to rent from them.
I’m so grateful to have come across Pioneer Realty. I came across a listing on Trulia/Zillow, and when every other realtor turned me down because of my dog or the judgements on my credit, Sloan understood my situation. I was in a crunch & needed to find a place for my family, quick. (A rental I had in place fell thru last minute). I had less than a week. I came across a property Sloan was managing, he was able to meet me to show the property the next day. He was prompt, professional & beyond polite! The application process was incredibly simple & within 2 hours I had my approval. 2 days later I had my keys & the moving began!!
