I appreciate the response left on my original post, I know more now than I did before. I did not know the circumstances and again it would've been greatly appreciated to have any general info. My original review was in response to the emails and notifications, I was not aware that they were automated. So that combined with zero returned communication made the whole scenario feel deliberate. I rented from this Realty Company and it was pleasant from beginning to end. It is a small family owned business and just like their family, they really try to ensure the safety of yours. The have a tenants Portal where they welcome any and all your concerns or requests. The appliances are modern and up to date, they ensure you have what you need to make a house a home. I had a memorable experience with this Realty Company and would definitely rent with them again. Pamela

I have had the most wonderful experience renting with Pioneer Realty. The landlord is always a call away and even when I have experience any difficulties, they were always there to assist me. I definitely recommend renting with them. 10 out of 10.
Pioneer Realty are slumlords. I lived there for 2 years and I had a mouse infestation, a fly infestation, my car was broken into, and someone tried to break in my house. The slumlords told me that the mouse problem was my responsibility. I don't recommend anyone to rent from them.
