I have always had a pleasant experience
Customer beware, I was given the wrong oil in my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. I trusted your 4.7 Google review and was disappointed with the lack of knowledge from your employees. 5W30 was even right on the cap. This should never had happened and had caused so much unnecessary stress on my part. Highly dissatisfied with the work done here as well as employee interaction.
Got an oil change saturday drove about 40 miles and realized my truck is knocking. 130k on my odometer btw. I check the oil it is a quart low and i check the sheet and they put 0w20 symthetic oil in my truck, my truck says right on the cap 5w30 so they used improper oil. My truck is ticking and im worried about damage to my engine. They were closed when i had figured this all out. Closed on sunday too. Price was a shocker. My place where I live is costal oil and all they use is full synthetic and it's a flat $50 unless u need a different filter or need more than 5 qts so $93 was a shocker for me
