They never answer the phone and there is no communication what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Put in a maintenance request almost a week ago to fix my fridge & freezer & nobody has come by to even look at it! Now my food is going bad & I still can’t get a hold of anyone from maintenance or management.
The team at PPMG have been nothing but professional every time i had to deal with them. Communication has not been a problem for me when i needed something.
Severely underwhelmed and beyond annoyed with this company. They took over the apartments I was living in and since day one they have been awful. The added a water bill, service fee and no longer spray for bugs. Communication on their end is practically nonexistent. I had serval issues with them and it took them weeks to fix any issues. And moving out was an absolute nightmare. It shouldn’t take a month to hear back about trying to move out, especially since I called and emailed multiple times.
