DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY! I lived here for three years and called Summer Thomas one of the property management and she was rude they did not take care of any issues, my daughter was accosted by the maintenance man. On top of keeping my deposit upon move out they charged me a ridiculous amount for minimal wear and tear mind you I lived there for three years and did not have wild parties, I did not have small children. The worst place to live. When you move out you will be charged and arm and a leg.
