I love this company. Super prompt service, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. Melvin was awesome! He adjusted and rebalanced my door so that it would open another inch so we could fit our new bigger car in our garage. I would definitely use these guys again; local and caring company.
The spring in our garage door broke, making it so our door would only open manually, and with the broken spring, it was very difficult to open the 2-car door. We had our cars out of the garage, so it wasn't an emergency, but they came the next day to resolve the issue. Their prices were fair, and the service was great. My friend from Murphy Door recommended Pioneer. They were an excellent price but best of all is their quality and customer service. We had a spring die on the door (not at all their fault) and they were there to fix it immediately! I highly recommend these folks.
These guys are amazing. Quick to respond and quick to fix. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
For three months my garage door remotes worked sporadically. Brian told me it could be caused by replacing the lights with LED lights could be the problem. He’s right!! Taking out the LEDs and replacing them with regular lights solved the problem. Thanks to Brian I will always contact Pioneer with garage door problems.
