Worst company ever!! They came out to diagnose our garage door. Said they didn’t have the part and had to order. Which is understandable. But I had to call them three weeks later to see where the part was and they said they finally got it, which was a lie. Because when they finally scheduled to come out to fix it they no called no show. So I called back the following week to see why and they said they didn’t have the part. Didn’t even say sorry for not calling to reschedule. Highly recommended any other company.
I broke a cable on my door when I tried to open it when it was locked, I called Pioneer and they responded quickly to my request. They called when they had a cancellation to see if i wanted them earlier. They came out and repaired my cables, I told them I was thinking of getting a newer quieter motor because mine was 15 years old, they inspected the motor and said I had several years left in my current motor, they provided me with a brochure, provided me with maintenance tips, made sure my alarms contacts lined up...they are... read more

Use them at work for Commercial jobs, called them for my home and they scheduled us fast. Tech was awesome and be price for repair was even better!!
