Great company to business with daughter bought a home this week was left with no oil called in 9 am they were there by 3 the same day. Offered to pay on spot said just send it in. Hello who does that thats why I'm long time customer. Also had client this week that needed oil tank removed to sell home has not had oil in years but there was an old tank and once again Pioneer Oil step up to the plate with no hassle and got the job done. Nothing is worse than waking up to "What's that smell?" Then finding that your oil tank in your basement is leaking all over the floor. You would think that "24 Hour Emergency Burner Service" means that you can call with this sort of problem and they would come. Not so. At lease not in the summer. Since my day started out at 5:30 with the smell, I put down 4 bags of kitty liter and started dialing. Not until I contacted Pioneer Oil did I get a response to my emergency. Just started service with Pioneer when I had a problem with my furnace on a 20 degree night. A technician came out at 11pm to trouble shoot the issue and temporarily fix until they could come back the next morning. They arrived first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. Price was also reasonable.
Pioneer is a great company. The service department has always responded to my needs quickly and best of all the service people that have come to my home have been very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
