I was put on a C Pap in August. RoTech provided the supplies and were great during that visit. Since then, I have not heard from them nor have I received any supplies. When I called, they could only say they were waiting on re-authorization and I should have called to have them automatically sent. Not once did they mention having to call a separate number to have the supplies delivered automatically. They do not follow thru on maintenance of equipment or delivery of equipment. Horrible service. Even extremely difficult for them to pickup equipment with disconnect from doctor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible service. Concentrator and tank delivered over 2 years haven't seen anyone since to service equipment or bring supplies. Won't come get equipment even after the doctor sent a discontinue order. Charges are outrageous...and now want a 20 dollar fee to change insurance info. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were great to work with and did everything they could to help us out.
