My client (94years old) was released from the hospital on a Saturday. We were told that Pioneer Medical Center will be delivering a shower chair and a bedside commode no later than Monday and if you haven’t received it by then, you will need to call. Monday comes around, no delivery has been made. I call to let them know that she needs her bedside commode cause she is very weak and can’t keep walking to the bathroom. I was put on a C Pap in August. RoTech provided the supplies and were great during that visit. Since then, I have not heard from them nor have I received any supplies. When I called, they could only say they were waiting on re-authorization and I should have called to have them automatically sent. Not once did they mention having to call a separate number to have the supplies delivered automatically. They do not follow thru on maintenance of equipment or delivery of equipment. Horrible service. Even extremely difficult for them to pickup equipment with disconnect from doctor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible service. Concentrator and tank delivered over 2 years haven't seen anyone since to service equipment or bring supplies. Won't come get equipment even after the doctor sent a discontinue order. Charges are outrageous...and now want a 20 dollar fee to change insurance info. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
