This has been the best property management company I’ve worked with in Oregon! I had seen a few other reviews and rants/raves that people didn’t get their deposits back after moving so I wanted to wait to write my review until after I received mine. I got all of it back minus the required carpet cleaning and minor cleaning! Totaled 300$ out of my entire deposit.
