Overall positive experience. Communication was clear, maintenance was handled reasonably, and move-out was fair. No major issues during tenancy. Landlord was professional and respectful. A stable rental with no surprises. Would rent again based on this experience.
Absolutely abysmal company. Thankfully I am doing well financially and moved out months before my lease was up when I bought a house. The office staff is very rude and condescending. They asked me to provide a damage report when I moved in so I provided a very detailed report, their office staff responded “You know it’s not new right?” Yes. But YOUR COMPANY ASKED. They told me that the blinds weren’t broken I just wasn’t operating them properly, I had to send a video to get them to repair the blinds. The garbage disposal did... read more
