This has been the best property management company I’ve worked with in Oregon! I had seen a few other reviews and rants/raves that people didn’t get their deposits back after moving so I wanted to wait to write my review until after I received mine. I got all of it back minus the required carpet cleaning and minor cleaning! Totaled 300$ out of my entire deposit. Company was very slow to respond to significant mold issues.
Kevin from maintenance is awesome. Did a great job, really polite, AND he cleaned up afterwards. HAPPY TENANT
1 star because they never answer their phones, they say on their answering machine they want to help you in any way they can, but when you do ask for help, nobody answers. And if you make your way down to their office, You will be met with people who are annoyed that they have to help you, and will be passive aggressive towards you in the process. Useless. Do better.
