I purchased dirt from this place about a year ago and had a great experience. Went in today to get a quote for plant dirt, there were 4 people in the office and not a single one greeted me. Finally a young girl was like, I guess I can help you here. I used to get a discount because I live so close. She said nope and was very rude. I will find another place and NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Terribly managed now!!!
I would highly recommend this place, very friendly staff and they were able to help with landscape questions.
The last load of rocks I received had so much sand/dirt that I had to screen the rocks. Reached out to their customer service, who reached out to the location. I'm told this location left a VM but there's no VM... it's been over a month since I reached out. Super disappointed in the product and how they handle customer complaints.
