I went to buy some rocks for my garden. I had gone to their competitor a few miles south down the road and they completely ignored me. When I walked in to the Pioneer office, I was immediately greeted. I explained what I wanted and the lady told me where to find my rocks and how the whole system worked. I found exactly what I wanted but then realized I had forgotten my gloves. I went back to the office to tell them I would return with gloves. They said they had gloves I could borrow. Extremely disappointed with the quality of product. Ordered 2.5 tons of rock, and at least 1/3 of it was dirt, crushed rock. Called to talk to them and was rudely told "it's stated in our delivery disclaimer that some other materials...blah blah blah." I understand some, but there was a ridiculous amount. I spend 10x longer on my project trying to get the dirt out as I'm not growing a weed farm. I don't understand how they rationalize this as customer service. I spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone who knew literally anything.... referred me to a "manager" that never got on the phone or called me back. They have the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced! Good luck getting anything from this place!
Really nice location, Jason at the desk was super helpful and left me with a smile on my face and a truck full of sand!
