The office ladies are 1/10 for customer service. RUDE! Your job is to be helpful and not treat customers with arrogance. Not every sale is going to be with a person knowing EXACTLY what they need, it’s your JOB to be helpful.Especially when someone’s about to spend a decent amount of money. Completely unprofessional.
