Horrible experience. I went on a Saturday at 12:20pm because there was a mistake on my order the day before. Their hours online showed they would be open until 4pm. I parked and the lady came outside and said "were closed". I asked if I could ask her a question and she said "no were closed". I then turned and asked her coworker beside me if I could ask him a question and he says "no because I am new and don't know anything". I was already frustrated because they got my delivery wrong and this just added to my frustration. It... read more
Mark Tatum was a great guy. Very friendly asked where I needed him to deliver and put it where my work was going to be easiest. Thanked me for my business and was a pleasure to work with. Amber at the yard was great as well. Very helpful and friendly. I will always use and recommend pioneer.
