BUYER BEWARE! We purchased 7 tons of 1 inch SCREENED Desert Brown rock to be delivered. What we actually received was approxamitely 4 tons of rock and 3 tons of DIRT and/or MUD! There were also ALOT of smaller rocks mixed in. We paid $776.48 for this product with delivery. We made a call to Pioneer and they wanted to refund $106 dollars for the inconvenience but my husband spoke with a supervisor and the best they would offer was $150.
