Looking for river rock and came across this place. I was totally surprised at the pricing. Service was excellent. Codi was very informative and helpful. Will be going back and spreading the word.
Purchased pavers over the weekend needed 1/2 pallet more to finish a job, so I saw this place was opened on Saturday. Went to purchased and 1/2 pallet of pavers were like $40-$50 more than my go to place so with that said this place is expensive. Front guy didn’t get his name was nice but can’t say that for the loader. Returned the pallet, lady at front desk was nice but yet again you have to unload the pallet yourself unlike my go to place they unload it for you! Ordered 12 tons of 1 inch screened Apache Brown rock. Driver was awesome and on time. Once we got to the middle/bottom of the pile started noticing lots of dirt in the load. Enough that it was visible in the yard when spreading out rocks. Got to the bottom and had to stop and screen last 1-2 tons with screen bought on Amazon. When finally screened and sorted it yielded 1 wheel barrow of dirt to 1.5 wheel barrows of rock. Contacted Manager and was told 30-40% of my load could be dirt and that was the standard. We were searching for a landscape center open in the afternoon on a Saturday and ran across pioneer. We were absolutely thrilled with the selection of rock at a very low cost and immediately found what we were looking for! The salesman was both helpful and courteous. We will definitely be returning for all of our landscaping needs.
