I bought a house in 2018 with a heating system they installed. It stopped working and the plumber said it was normal wear and tear. My new plumber said the heating system died becySe it was improperly installed. Their office manager gaslighted me about it putting it on me and then when I spoke to the owner he said the same office manager would get back to me and she never did. Terrible.
I have hired plumbers, electricians, HVAC and handymen at different times to do different work in my property. The Pioneer Heating and Cooling technician has been the most ABRASIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL people I have dealt with. The technician did not explain what he was doing. He spoke as though I could not hear or understand what he was saying AND did not really respond to my questions.
