These guys are legit! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are no nonsense kind of people too. You pay for what you want/get. Their repairs are perfect EVERYTIME.

Got quoted at a few other places for some gold and they were by far the most reasonable! Check them out, fairest people in town!

I went in for a watch battery change out, and I was very impressed. These guys are knowledgeable and honest. I have been in other places and had to wait a while for service. Arlington Gold and Silver Exchange has great seating, but you won't need it! I was in and out quickly, and was even able to buy a gift I have been looking for and couldn't find in other stores.

This is a place you can feel confident in if your either buying or selling. I have used them for custom one of a kind settings and repair on my rolex. I do not think you can beat them for quality or service. I like intergerity with a honest approach and this is what you will find here.

On Jan 21, 2014 I took in a diamond valued at $8,320.00 with its appraisal and was only offered $200. The man behind the counter said he couldn't offer any more than that because that is what they pay their supplliers and appraisals are grossly inflated. I paid $2200. wholesale for this and knew its value. So I left and took it to an auction house and was paid $6000, close to its retail value. So my service was a "NEVER GO BACK" Maybe some people are treated fairly, but I certainly wasn't.
