I have been trying for over 3 months to get a call back from Brett, the owner of Pioneer Glass, concerning a defective glass that was replaced in a 28X28" home window . I have recently made 3 personal trips into their Emmaus location and spoke with Harper, as well as "Treas". They told me they would convey my message to Brett. While I typically do not write negative reviews, I felt strongly compelled to write this one. We only found out about this place through Groupon, which advertised $300 worth of custom glass and mirror works for $99. When we dropped by the shop, we spent more than an hour going over the different pieces of glass that we need. Suffice it to say, that the order was quite a bit more than $300.
