They completely forgot to schedule my colonoscopy appointment, despite giving me all the prep instructions. I followed everything—fasted, took the prep meds—only to find out there was no appointment. I never got a chance to see anyone. I had a referral for digestive issues (sibo) they denied seeing me without having the courtesy of contacting me,they sent a letter to my primary. They said I needed to go back to the GI doctor I was seeing almost 2 years ago....really? I contacted pioneer because my GI did not do SIBO testing. I just left Pioneer GI and can not say how wonderful this office is. From the front desk, MA, Stephana Iacob-TownsendPA-C. I had a bad experience with another GI doctor, and this office was a breath of fresh air. I really felt taken care of and understood. I am so happy I found them. PA Stephana took time to make sure I understood all of the procedures and even procedures that might not happen, but I still needed to know about. Excellent service, compassionate providers. 5 stars over all.
Not very happy with the bill I got here. I guess the people were nice but I saw them for literally 20 minutes and I got a $500 bill in the mail. For what?! A "consultation" where their doctor told me the exact same thing my primary care did except with them it cost $500! Absolute nonsense! What kind of 20 minutes service cost $500!? I will pay but I will definitely avoid coming here again
