It's a stunning non-professionalism and attitude towards customers,especially from some rude assistant who was always lying on the phone and making mistakes, probably hired in the office under some special quota.
Professional and knowledgeable. They're genuinely interested in the patient and all things GI. From a patients perspective we're most likely, ugh, I don't feel well and it's terrible, putting it politely. Their perspective is compassionate and curiosity. Let's get you better.
The medical industry is now apart of the military industrial complex and is no longer to be trusted, well, covid did that already, but moving on.... I was quoted over 6k for a procedure that takes roughly 30min... half the price in the states, go figure.
What an amazing group ! Dr Pabby and Dr Villa went above and beyond with my care. Professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. Level of care was beyond belief! I am so thrilled to have them as my docs! Would highly recommend them and this office ! Thank you so so much!
