After discussing my issues with Logan. They have given us a gift card to use in store and after inspection of pool bottom, they have decided to repair the bottom of the pool next spring. Thank you Logan and Pioneer Pools Kitchener.
Pioneer is a great pool store! They have a wide variety of pool supplies at fair prices. I've been shopping there and getting my pool water tested for 4 years. Recently I was in the market for patio furniture. I spoke with Barb and she showed me all the options that were available. *** Update: Our pool deck has continued to flake and peel after their bad seal job. Were told they'd come in early June to fix. Now we're into August and still no contact. They wondered if I would consider changing my review. Well, I did. From a 3 star to a 1. OP - I wish I had a more positive review. It's taken a year to post because I didn't want to be too negative. Had this company do an install for a replacement liner. They were pleasant to deal with initially. I paid up front for the liner. Install fees were $1400. They did the installation and I immediately noticed several problems. During the install they said my coping wouldn't work with the pool liner so they had to use new coping. I was skeptical because in the one photo the liner was already installed. There are unsightly gaps everywhere and sand/dirt is falling into the pool and it's unacceptable. Very disappointed. Stop testing water 15 minutes before close and the hours aren't great to begin with.
