We had a very had experience with a salesman adding thousands of dollars to a demo hot tub. Bought from a different pioneer in Burlington years ago. Very happy. Had to put a liner in our pool that we purchased through Kitchener, since Burlington couldn’t come this way. Not done correctly. Been months and “we are very busy with installs” so they got our money and leaving it!!! Stay away from Kitchener if you can!
Very disappointing customer service! I’m a first time pool owner and today I went into Pioneer because my chlorine was extremely low and I needed help choosing the right chemicals. I was there specifically because I’m still learning and genuinely needed some guidance from them specifically, because I trust their opinion or else I could go anywhere to buy the same chemicals. Very knowledgeable and good prices
Worked with Pioneer Pools on a new liner and return pipe. Service was absolutely amazing. I saved 5.5K and the return pipe was fixed quickly. I recommend Kitchener Pioneer pools.
